Shipping and delivery terms and conditions

1. General information

These shipping and delivery terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via the FANBOX.CH online shop.
By placing an order, the customer agrees to these shipping terms and conditions.

Shipping is carried out by the operator of the FANBOX.CH online shop (natural person, without registered legal form), as stated in the imprint.

2. Delivery areas

Delivery is made to the countries that can be selected during the ordering process (checkout).
The available delivery countries are displayed to the customer before the order is completed.

There is no entitlement to delivery to a specific country.

3. Shipping service providers

Shipping is usually carried out by Swiss Post Ltd.

Depending on the destination country, shipping method, parcel size or in exceptional cases (e.g. international shipments or logistical requirements), other shipping service providers may also be used.

Only the personal data required for shipping (name and delivery address) will be transmitted to the respective shipping service provider.

4. Shipping costs

The shipping costs incurred are displayed to the customer in a transparent and binding manner at checkout before the order is completed.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, shipping costs are not included in the product price.

5. Delivery times

The delivery times stated are non-binding guidelines.

Unless otherwise stated in the online shop, shipping usually takes place within:

Switzerland: approx. 3–7 working days

International: varies depending on the destination country

The delivery time begins after receipt of payment or after completion of the payment process.

FANBOX.CH accepts no liability for delivery delays caused by the shipping service provider, customs clearance or unforeseeable events.

6. Customs duties, taxes and import duties

For deliveries outside Switzerland (e.g. to other EU countries), additional customs duties, taxes or import duties may apply.

These costs are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs and are borne exclusively by the customer.

The customer is responsible for informing themselves about the applicable import regulations in their country.

7. Transfer of risk

The transfer of risk takes place when the goods are handed over to the shipping service provider.

For deliveries to consumers, the transfer of risk remains until the goods are handed over to the customer, insofar as this is required by law.

8. Partial deliveries

FANBOX.CH is entitled to execute orders in partial deliveries, provided this is reasonable for the customer.

This shall not result in additional shipping costs for the customer.

9. Undeliverable shipments

If a shipment cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address details, refusal of acceptance or failure to collect, the customer shall bear the resulting costs.

A new delivery will only be made after the customer has agreed to bear the costs.

10. Transport damage

Obvious transport damage must be reported to the delivery company immediately, if possible, and FANBOX.CH must be notified without delay.

The statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

11. Mystery products

Mystery products are shipped in accordance with the mystery concept described in the General Terms and Conditions.

Deviations in content, design or value do not constitute a defect and have no influence on the shipping conditions.

12. Liability

FANBOX.CH is not liable for damage or delays caused by the shipping service provider, force majeure or circumstances beyond its control, to the extent permitted by law.

13. Changes

FANBOX.CH reserves the right to amend these shipping conditions at any time.
The version valid at the time of ordering applies.
